Sewer Action Fund:
The proposed meeting of the contributors to the Silver Star Sewer Action Fund for the middle of January will be rescheduled to early February.
The SSPOA was assured of a response to correspondence via our respective legal counsel by now, but as with all past correspondence with Silverhawk, there is a delay in them responding. The SSPOA’s council has been following up with them and the delay is in the best interests of providing contributors with the fullest update and therefore a more meaningful consideration of our next course of action.
Contributors will be receiving their invitation to the meeting by email directly in the next weeks.
Welcome New SSPOA Board Directors
